Fall is my favorite time of the year. The cooler air calls for scarves and light jackets, pumpkin starts invading the shelves and is in everything from coffee to body scrubs, and thanksgiving is right around the corner.
I love entertaining, and I often have most of my family over on Thanksgiving day to watch the game, talk about the reason I still don’t have a boyfriend, and eat until we explode. Most of them still follow a traditional American diet, so I have had to find several recipes that let me keep my eating in check while being tasty enough for their palates.
